Refund Policy

When you can get your money back for a ticket bought on Nightly.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Rescheduled events
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, you can request a refund before the new date.
Change of mind
Tickets are generally non-refundable once bought, unless the venue's event page says otherwise.
Refused entry
If you're refused entry because you're under 21, don't have valid ID or don't meet the dress code, no refund is given.
How to request
Use the FAQ & Support form with your ticket ID (NT-…). We reply within 2 working days.
