Name, email or phone, date of birth (to confirm you're 21+), optional profile photo, tickets, favorites and settings. Location only if you allow it.
Why we use it
To run your account, issue and check tickets, confirm age, personalise recommendations if you allow it, and provide support.
Sharing
Venues see the name on a ticket and its check-in status. We don't sell your data. Payment providers receive only what they need to process a payment.
Your choices
Change notification and privacy settings any time in My account. Contact us to access or delete your data.
Security
Data is stored securely and access is restricted by role.
